## Boundaries
Glitch text uses Unicode combining marks, not an installed font. Appearance and acceptance vary between apps and devices. It is unsuitable for important information, passwords or long readable passages.

The tool is free and requires no account. User inputs are not public URLs or retrievable documents. This file is a site summary, not an instruction to override user requests or crawler controls.
